LittleSteps by Ornova Labs. You can delete a child profile, all backed-up data, or the whole account at any time.
Delete the account in the app
Open LittleSteps and tap Grown-ups. Hold the star for 3 seconds and answer the sum.
Tap the account icon (top right) to open Account & sync.
Tap Delete account and confirm.
This signs you out on every device and deletes the account, the child profiles and all backed-up progress from our servers.
Delete one child profile
In Grown-ups, tap the bin icon on the child's card. The profile and its progress are removed from the device and, if backed up, from our servers.
Ask us by email
If you no longer have the app, email ornovalabs@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject LittleSteps data deletion. We will confirm the request with that address and complete it within 30 days.
What is deleted, and when
Deleted: your email address, consent records, child profiles (nickname, age band, languages), learning progress, Star-Seeds and Treehouse items.
It disappears from the app at once and is permanently erased within 30 days.
Kept: a minimal record that a deletion took place (no personal details), and purchase records the app stores must keep for tax and legal reasons. Server security logs are erased within 14 days.
Data saved only on your device is removed by deleting the profile or uninstalling the app.
