These terms govern your use of Tour-Trip Expense Manager ("the service"), operated by Ornova Labs. By creating an account you agree to them.
What the service is
A tool for recording shared travel expenses and working out who owes whom. It is a bookkeeping aid. It does not hold, transfer or process any money, it is not a payment service, and it is not financial, tax or legal advice. Settlement figures are arithmetic on the numbers you enter — check them before anybody pays anybody.
Your account
- You must give an accurate email address and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, or have your guardian's permission.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
What you may not do
- Upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share.
- Enter other people's personal details without their agreement.
- Attempt to reach trips or accounts that are not yours, or probe, scan or overload the service.
- Resell the service or scrape it in bulk.
Your content
What you enter stays yours. You grant us only the narrow permission needed to store and display it back to you and to the people you have invited to your trip. We claim no other rights over it, and we do not use it to train models.
Availability
The service is provided as-is and as-available, with no uptime guarantee. It may be interrupted for maintenance, or change, or be discontinued. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose — the CSV and JSON exports exist for exactly that reason.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data, or for any financial arrangement you enter into on the strength of a calculation shown here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Ending your use
You may delete your account at any time from My Account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Malda, West Bengal will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, that right is unaffected by the paragraph above.
