Installation

KBJCL Club & Library runs in your web browser — there’s nothing to install. Open the app and you’re ready to go.

Launch KBJCL Club & Library ↗

Getting Started

  1. Open KBJCL Club & Library in your browser at https://kbjcl.duckdns.org/.
  2. Start a new entry or project and add your information.
  3. Let the app handle the structure and output.
  4. Export or share the result when you’re done.

It’s designed for club committees, treasurers, secretaries, librarians and members, so the defaults already match the way that work is usually done.

Features

  • Membership management. Handle registrations, approvals, subscriptions, profiles and digital member cards.
  • Cashbook and banking. Track income, expenses, bank accounts, payments and running balances.
  • Receipts and reports. Create numbered vouchers plus monthly, annual and audit-ready PDF reports.
  • Library workflows. Manage books, copies, lending and each member’s borrowed-book view.
  • Meetings and events. Organise meetings, events, committee information and public notices.
  • Member PWA. Install the mobile-friendly portal, receive notifications and access key screens offline.
