RailCheck Pro docs

Structured railway asset inspections from field checklist to formal PDF.

Installation

RailCheck Pro runs in your web browser — there’s nothing to install. Open the app and you’re ready to go.

Launch RailCheck Pro ↗

Getting Started

  1. Open RailCheck Pro in your browser at /railway-inspection/.
  2. Start a new entry or project and add your information.
  3. Let the app handle the structure and output.
  4. Export or share the result when you’re done.

It’s designed for railway inspectors, engineering supervisors and inspection administrators, so the defaults already match the way that work is usually done.

Features

  • Checklist-led inspections. Capture structured observations against controlled inspection sections and items.
  • Photo evidence. Attach field photographs to inspection findings and formal reports.
  • Railway asset registers. Organise stations, level crossings and bridges in admin-defined order.
  • Deficiency monitoring. Surface critical issues quickly for control-room review and follow-up.
  • Role and assignment control. Manage inspectors, asset access requests, assignments and approval workflows.
  • Formal PDF reports. Generate reports containing metadata, checklist responses and photographic evidence.

  • Keep names and labels consistent so your records stay easy to search.
  • Export regularly so you always have a copy of your work.

Best Practices

  • Make daily use a habit; small, regular entries beat occasional big ones.
  • Review your exports to confirm everything captured correctly.
  • Send us feedback — the best improvements come from real use.
